Maria blouse
From the “Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo” capsule collection dedicated to my girlfriends.
This blouse was inspired by my dear friend Maria Kniaginin-Ciszewska, one of my very first clients. She was brave enough to shock conservative Polish society by wearing a Planeta-style corset during the day. She likes to explore the limits of taboos by creating different representations of the female form which reflect in her photos and visual art. She finds artifacts of Polishness or, more broadly, slavishness, connecting them with concepts of the body and interpersonal relationships.
